We have been operating since 1990 and like to think we know our markets very well - this is proven by the amount of repeat business we get and the impressive number of industry names and clients we supply to. We generally carry out 2 levels of service - both always meeting our ISO 9001:2008 level of quality and service.
'Standard' recruitment service
On receipt of a job spec/person brief the consultant dealing with the role will discuss with the client:
- How soon we can deliver a shortlist of CV's
- Their timescales for interviews and when they want the role appointed and started
- How 'difficult' the role might be based on location, rate, length of contract, skills required etc
We will then begin resourcing the role which may range from advertising to networking to utilising our market knowledge and experience in previous such roles (given our expertise in engineering, rail, construction, telecoms and IT over the last 20 years we like to think we have recruited for most jobs out there!).
What we WON'T do:
- Advertise the job and sit and wait for CV's to come in
- Send a CV to a client without interviewing the candidate
The client only pays when the selected candidate starts work for them. Whilst this is standard in recruitment isn't is reassuring knowing that your dealing with a consultancy that WILL deliver - and deliver the best candidates out there working to YOUR timeframes. We want to be regarded as an extension of your HR department - allowing you to focus on your core business. Time and time again clients regard us as exceptional value for money (compared to the cost of either other agencies or the cost of advertising/screening and resourcing the role themselves).
Search and Selection
We have often been retained by clients to discreetly find senior staff and board members. This we naturally do without advertising etc and are able to search for senior candidates based on traditional 'black book' and quiet networking methodology. Again, knowing our markets so well gives us the upper hand in knowing 'who's out there'. As above we will work to the clients timescales.
The standard fee arrangement for search and selection is 33% of the agreed fee on assignment, 33% on the production of a shortlist and the remaining 34% on the successful appointment of the candidate.
