We were established by HR professionals who believed they could "do it better" compared to the agency service they were receiving. It was their HR background, 'coal face' experience and industry knowledge that led to rapid success for the company. Clients appreciated, and still do, the consultative approach to recruitment (as opposed to a ‘hard sell’).
