Director Stephen Upsall MREC RPf spent 7 years in The Royal Corps of Signals serving in Germany, Northern Ireland and with 30th Signal Regiment (The British Army's Spearhead Communications Regiment) before entering industry in 1995 with Colebrand Ltd, a London-based 'List X' defence contractor. Having enjoyed an HR-related military career he spent time as senior consultant with an IT recruitment agency in Tunbridge Wells before establishing Recruit Telecoms in 2000. He passed the Recruitment and Employment Confederation's award in Recruitment Practice in June 2003 with distinction. Main areas of responsibility include company strategy, marketing, bids and tenders for new business running all contract recruitment, defence and Rail comms work.  He lives in Tunbridge Wells and counts amateur dramatics and the theatre as his main outside interest.

Senior Consultant Chris Boorman joined Recruit Telecoms in October 2004. He holds a degree in Business Studies from Hertfordshire University and started his recruitment career in 2000. Chris has a very impressive track record in telecoms and over the last few years he has been involved in a wide range of onsite HR/Recruitment projects in countries as diverse as Tanzania, Slovenia, Sweden and Belgium. Within the team Chris is reponsible for looking after much of our overseas business predominantly within EMEA and manages some of our key accounts such as Orange & Vodafone and manages our extensive 3G rollout work in Ireland.  He also lives in Tunbridge Wells and when he's not hard at work he's a keen sportsman and a dab hand at DIY!
